 Q. Do you service your equipment?
 
 A. Yes. We have service capabilities only at our plant. Though you can purchase parts from us to do your own repair. 
 
 Q. How do you ship your products? 
 
 A. Almost all of our products are shipped via UPS unless you need special arrangements. 
 
 Q. Do you accept international orders? 
 
 A. Yes. We have metric and English unit products for the international community. Please contact us to discuss your billing and shipping requirements. 
 
 Q. Will you customize equipment to fit my special requirements? 
 
 A. Yes. Please contact us via our web contact form, email, fax or telephone to let us know of your exact needs. We will do our best to deliver what you require. 
 
 Q. Can you measure materials other than wire? 
 
 A. Yes. Hykon carries meters for rope, wire rope, fiberoptic and teflon coated cables; measuring in both U.S. and metric increments. Call us for full details. 
 
 Q. Can I buy directly from Hykon? 
 
 A. Yes. Although we do sell to distributors, Hykon can provide measuring equipment to anyone who desires it. 
 
 Q. Can I use my credit card? 
 
 A. Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. 
 
 Q. How long does it take to get my order? 
 
 A. Usually we can ship your order within 24 hours. Special applications and unusually large quantities may require longer. 
 
 Q. Is your equipment guaranteed? 
 
 A. Yes. All Hykon equipment carries a full 1-year repair guarantee - you pay nothing.
